Find your dream home
First, choose your new Persona home. Once you've picked your perfect Persona home, you can reserve it, and we’ll take it off the market for 8 weeks; giving you time to sell your current home.
We’ll arrange valuations
Next, we’ll organise for local estate agents to value your current home through our trusted partner, PX Hub. The valuations are based on finding a buyer within 8 weeks. Plus, we’ll take care of the estate agents’ fees!
Top tip: Need a little extra help? We can recommend independent solicitors and mortgage advisors to guide you through the reservation period, so you’re fully supported.
Agreeing the sale price
After the valuations, we’ll share the recommended selling price with you.
Happy to move forward? Great! We’ll draw up your Assisted Move Agreement and instruct the agents to sell your home within the 8-week timeframe.
We’ll stay in close contact with both you and the agent, helping to maximise advertising, boost viewings, and keep you updated with regular feedback every step of the way.
Finding a buyer
The moment a buyer is found who can exchange contracts within the 8-week window, you’ll be one big step closer to moving into your dream Persona home!
