Terms & Conditions
This voucher must be fully completed and handed in/emailed to a sales executive at the point of reservation when your family member or friend wishes to purchase their new home. At the time of presenting the voucher, the person recommending must have already exchanged and completed on their property. This voucher must be signed and completed by all parties (referrer, person/people referred and sales executive). Only one voucher can be redeemed per home purchase which will be awarded on legal completion. In the event completion does not take place for any reason the voucher will not be paid. Please allow 4 weeks after the legal completion date to receive the incentive. Persona Homes reserves the right to withdraw this incentive or change these terms and conditions at any time. Persona Homes reserves the right to cancel the award of any voucher where a party is exploiting the referral scheme in any way other than how it is intended. For the avoidance of doubt, the voucher is not available to any party acting in a business capacity. The incentive has no cash value and shall not be paid in any other format, unless at Persona Homes’ sole discretion. This scheme is governed by English Law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
